Please read this disclaimer carefully before placing an order with Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. 

No Guarantees on Delivery Timelines: 

While we do our best to process and ship all orders on time within the estimated timeframes provided in our shipping policy. All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. As a small business, we rely on third-party shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS) for delivery services.

Therefore, Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, unforeseen operational disruptions, peak holiday seasons, customs processing delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We cannot issue refunds or offer compensation for delivery delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier. 

Risk of Loss and Title:

The risk of loss for items purchased from Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery of the merchandise to the shipping carrier. This means that once your package is picked up or dropped off with UPS, USPS, or FEDEX, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If the tracking information lets you know that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate. While we are more than happy to help by providing necessary shipping information, Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop does not issue refunds or replacements for packages that the carrier has confirmed delivered. We do recommend that you ensure your delivery location is secure or consider options for package security if you have concerns. 

Damaged Packages: 

If you have a package that has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage to both the item(s) and the packaging. While the risk of damage passes to you upon carrier acceptance, we will do our best to help you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. 

Accurate Shipping Information:

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information at the time of purchase. Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer. If an order is refunded to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to re-ship the order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

 We're excited to create and deliver beautiful pieces to you. As a small business, we handle each order with care and attention. Please review our shipping policy below. 

Order processing time:

All orders are handmade or carefully prepared. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. 

For custom or personalized orders, processing time may be longer. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated processing times on those items. 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Method and Cost: 

Shipping varies and depends on the weight and the location to which the product is being delivered.  

Shipping Destinations: 

We only ship within the United States.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited orders. Please provide a physical street address. 

Tracking Your Order: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

You can track the progress of your package directly through the carrierś website using the provided information. 

Packaging:

All jewelry items are carefully packaged in a small gift box to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully. For outer packaging, we use padded mailers and sturdy boxes.
