Refund Policy

At Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop, we want you to be fascinated with your unique jewelry. As a small business, we do our best to handcraft with care and pay close attention to detail. We are aware that at times some things do not work out as planned, so we have a refund policy below to ensure a clear and fair process. 

Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Window: 

We are informing all customers that there is a 7-10 window, from the day you received your product, to initiate a return or exchange. We do recommend checking your item(s) when they arrive. 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchange: 

For you to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition. This means that your jewelry must not show any sign of wear, tear, damage, or anything that would cause the item to not be in the form in which it was created and shipped to you. 

The item(s) must be returned in all original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and authenticity cards. You must also have a receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip. 

Custom Jewelry: 

Please be advised that all custom jewelry is not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in materials or craftsmanship. We will work closely with you during the creation process for our unique pieces. 

Our earrings are final sale for hygiene purposes only, unless they have arrived damaged. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: 

For you to get your return or exchange process going, you will have to email us at: info@lakeycharms.com or call us at 678-420-8322 within the 7-10 period from which you have received your item(s). Please provide your order number and the reason why you would like a return or an exchange. 

After you have completed the process of reaching out to us, please await our approval. We will review your request and provide you with instructions and a return authorization IF your item(s) are eligible. After we have responded, please securely package your item(s) to prevent any type of damage during transit. We do recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we can not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds: 

Once we have inspected your returned item(s), you will be notified of your approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank to post your refund.

Exchange: 

If you would like to exchange, please follow the return directions above. Once the original item has been approved and received, we will start the refund process, and you can then place a new order for your desired item(s) on our website. This ensures you get the exact item(s) you want as quickly as possible.
