Product Description:

We aim to provide very descriptive and accurate images of our jewelry. Please be aware that colors and textures may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the unique nature of handmade items.

All of our jewelry is made with specified materials in the product description. Please review these details carefully, especially if you have allergies or may have certain materials that may cause harm to your skin.

Many of our jewelry pieces are homemade, which means there may be slight variations in certain jewelry. This adds a unique charm to our products.

Care Instructions:

Having the proper care is essential to maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry. Care instructions will be provided with your purchase or can be found on our website. Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop is not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

Pricing and Payment:

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in USD currency.

Taxes:

Applicable sales taxes will be added to your order when summed up during checkout, where required by law.

Payment Methods:

We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payment must be paid in full before your order is processed and shipped to you.

Orders & Fulfillment.:

Once your order has been fully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The email does NOT signify our acceptance of the order, but rather a notice that we have received it.

Order Acceptance:

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicious activity.

Order Processing Time:

Our orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Custom or personalized jewelry orders may require more processing time, which will be communicated to you.

Customer Cancellation:

You can request to cancel an order within 48 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are not able to fulfill it or if there are issues with payment or product availability. In a case as such, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery:

We ship through UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience, but are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay in receiving your items.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If packages get lost or damaged while in the hands of the carrier, we will not be responsible. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to help you.

Returns & Exchange:

At Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not, you may return eligible items within 7-10 business days of a delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

In order to get a refund or exchange from a purchase you have made with us, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Process:

Please contact us at: info@lakeycharms.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during the return shipping process. Ship the item(s) back to us at your expense using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds/Exchange:

When we receive and inspect your item, we will start the process of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. This can also depend on your bank.

All logos, jewelry images, brand, and name are property of Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop and are protected by copyright laws.

Limitation & Liability:

Lakey Charms Jewelry Pleasure Shop will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its inability to properly use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
